Packages ordered by 1 pm are expected to be delivered to you within one or two working days. You will receive two SMS before delivery. The first time we send the package, where you also have the option to change the address, place and / or delivery date. It is possible that the postman will call you before delivery. You will receive the second SMS on the day of delivery. In case you are not at home at the time of delivery, the postman will leave you a note with the package number and the address of the nearest post office, where you can pick up the package with an identity document within 15 days. In the event that the postman does not leave you a ticket or you lose it, you can still pick up the package in person at the post office with the package number that you get in the SMS.

You have three options. You can pay your package to the postman in cash when he delivers the package to your home / officeM; by proforma invoice (UPN order) or via Paypal. The payment method you choose at the end of your purchase.
After a successful order, we will send you a return e-mail that your order has been accepted, in which you will receive the order number, a list of products you have ordered and the final price of your package. If you haven't recive an e-mail to your mailbox, also checks under promotions or spam.
The postman will leave a notice in your mailbox, at which nearest post office the package will be waiting for you. Sometimes a postman forgets to leave a ticket - at your post office they will give you a package without a ticket (but you need an identity document) and the package number that you got earlier in the email or SMS.
There can be several reasons for this. First, check if you have successfully placed your order (you have a confirmation email). If you have selected the payment method via UPN, check if you have paid the amount. No, you don't need to send us the receipt. If you paid the amount in the morning and receive the amount on our amount, we will send the package the same day.
As a customer, you have the right to return the purchased products within 14 days of receipt. However, as a customer, you are obliged to bear the costs incurred in returning the products - postage.
